Giants Defeated By Week 11 Bye

How can anyone not like him? | The Giants Board

The New York Giants came up short versus their Week 11 Bye Week on Sunday Afternoon.

Head Coach Brian Daboll and the New York Giants came up just short, largely due to self-inflicted wounds throughout the game.

Daniel Jones boasted his best completion percentage of the season (0/0), but managed ANOTHER back-breaking turnover that allowed the bye week to kick the game-winning field goal in the waning moments. Daboll’s team could not kick field goals, as Coach Daboll failed to realize that an injured kicker cannot kick, just like Week 2… no seriously. That really happened in the highest level of professional football.

Rookie Tyrone Tracy carried the ball 65 times in an effort to justify General Manager Joe Schoen for choosing to pay Jones over standout RB Saquon Barkley. Barkley & fellow departure Xavier McKinney will likely be first-team all-pros this season. They must be thankful they escaped this cesspool of a franchise. Needless to say, Schoen still looks like (and is) a bumbling idiot.

Schoen, whose teenage son apparently knows more about team building than his father, will probably find himself on the unemployment line soon enough anyway. Maybe Daniel Jones could buy him a dinner or two with all the money Schoen threw at him. Hopefully it’s Long John Silver’s, because Schoen already seems willing to fork over big bucks for something NO OTHER CONSUMER wants to buy.

The Giants who currently possess a top five pick in the 2025 NFL Entry Draft, may not select a QB with that pick, as there is no white QB with “intangibles” for the Giants to fall in love with after 15 minutes at the Senior Bowl.

Giants fans everywhere groan at the prospect of the G-men taking another failed O-line prospect this year, but the Mara family has made it perfectly clear that they don’t give a [redacted] about the fans in the slightest.

Maybe they give Jones another shot? I mean, we’ve already given him 4 “last chances”, but he didn’t get a fair shake those other four entire NFL seasons.

John Mara did not respond to The Jones Beach Sidelines' request for comment. Instead, I was gifted one free medium soda. No ice, though. The ice cost extra.
